Professional coaching services are designed to help you reach your goals.  In today’s world many of us are called upon to make life transitions and sometimes these seem like more than we can handle alone.  Professional coaching can help you achieve personal and work goals.  Coaching gives you the support and encouragement as well as practical problem solving skills to tackle whatever challenges you may be facing.

Coaching clients are generally high functioning professionals who know that consistent feedback and accountability are helpful in making life transitions.  Coaching someone can help you navigate through the decisions and tasks of a challenge. 

Sessions for coaching can be in person or over the phone.  Generally a plan for a set number of sessions will be arranged at the outset of your coaching program.  We will define your goals and set up a schedule for sessions based on your goal, your schedule, as well as direction from the coach.  Some clients come in with a specific short term goal where others have more general goals for personal growth or professional achievement.  The coach becomes a touchstone and mentor of sorts in the process of change, growth, and personal fulfillment.
