Biography
Beau A. Nelson

Mr. Nelson started Behavioral Practice Consulting Solutions (BPCS) to help meet the needs of therapists and psychiatrists who do not have the practical management and marketing skills needed to help their practices succeed.  After years of working in hospitals, private corporations, clinical practices, and his own practice he has knowledge of the most important management issues and effective marketing tools needed in behavioral health practices.

Drawing upon this knowledge and the experience of helping others he regularly presents classes, seminars, and workshops teaching the principles of sound practice.  Through BPCS he provides individual consulting services to practitioners looking to build their practices, transition into self-pay practice, or to manage their offices more efficiently.

All of this is done in a confidential and ethical manner based on what your individual practice needs are.

Outside of BPCS, Mr. Nelson maintains his own mental health practice in North Dallas, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, and teaches regularly on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to groups, organizations, churches and professionals.
